Won one Lost one
Booked a break to Greece in September 2025 Fred helped us with the details and tailoring flight times etc Very efficient friendly and helpful The only downside was the following day we received a email from a family member who was visiting from overseas at the same time The booking was amended to October 2025 However Easy jet charged 292 for the privilege We would use Broadway travel again but never EasyJet

Happy customer
As i have been quite ill over the last year Jacqui from customer services took my case on personally and over an extended period helped me change my holiday 3 times due to my health This was always with a lot of patience and support I cannot thank her enough there has been so many emails and all her reply s were quick and supportive We hopefully have now sorted it all out now and my family and I are looking forward to our holiday this year Thank you Jacqui x

After a previous fantastic cruise
After a previous fantastic cruise booked with Broadway we have just booked again Donna was lovely and talked me through options very thoroughly I would definitely recommend them it s nice to chat to a human during the booking rather than just online Their prices are highly competitive too which always helps

your on line assistance was superb with the live chat we then spoke to philip who was very helpful as we could not make the payment on line as my bank was asking for a one time pass code which was not sent on the whole a brilliant performance this must be our eighth or nine holiday booked through your company well done to all thank you p bailey
