Absolutely amazing service from Karel
Absolutely amazing service from Karel at Brocar He was there to answer all of my questions and queries providing a very efficient and stress free service Even though the car dealership I was dealing with were dragging their heels and being unhelpful Karel was the complete opposite chasing the dealership on multiple occasions and guiding me seamlessly through the process on his end Even after the sale Karel has been there to bounce questions off of as I m currently dealing with car issues I ll be using him and Brocar for any future car purchases without a doubt I urge you all to do the same you won t be disappointed

Great customer service
Great customer service from both Marcus and Karel I initially told Marcus I wanted one vehicle exhausted all avenues and realised it was a little too premature to pursue I suggested another vehicle which was more within my price range To my amazement Karel arranged the collection of my new vehicle within 7 days of our first conversation

I filled out the enquiry form on Monday and got a call shortly after Marcus was very quick on the case and by the next day my finance was approved and all confirmed Three days later I had picked up my car Can t thank Brocar enough for helping me out so quickly and for the amazing service throughout the processs I will definitely be recommending to others

Couldn t rate Marcus and Brocar Finance highly enough In a time where customer service has been somewhat questionable Marcus restored my faith He made it personal listened to a situation I was put in by a previous car finance company and his can do attitude took away the stress and delivered a great result Superb experience and I ll be using him and his team for the foreseeable and will also be recommending at every opportunity 1st class
