Crappy customer service
Crappy customer service I ordered a part that did not match the original that they stated that it should also the picture on their homepage did not match what they sent As a consequence the part didn t fit my oven so I needed to use a grinder to make the part fit I wrote to the company and informed them about the issue and that they maybe should update the information on their homepage so that other customers don t run into the same problem The reply I got was that they don t see this as a problem and they won t act Actually they don t even seem to trust me that I had to use a grinder to fit the part So I would recommend you not to buy from this supplier

So i ordered parts from the website
So i ordered parts from the website 2024-12-02The parts is being sent from Denmark to Sweden today 2024-12-10They told me it hopefully Will arrive in a couple of days So if i am lucky i Will have them by Friday the 13 of december Or maybe 16 or 17 of december So 12-16 days I am not happy about this Reflections
