My partner and I recently looked to buy our first property - and yet went into the world of doing so without a clue of how it all worked and so looked for a mortgage advisor I found Richard from Secured Futures on Bark com and can safely say I am glad we did Richard not only took the time to walk through exactly what mortgages are and the different types but was able to use our personal circumstances to find the best for us We went through a detailed review of our spending what our plans for the future may be and were able to go back and forth with Richard to find the perfect mortgage Mortgages aside Richard also aided with other aspects of buying a house you may not think of - such as life insurances home insurances and worked with closely with our solicitors to keep things moving We are both very thankful for Richard specifically towards the end of our buy where we are at now - where he has been in constant contact with our Solicitors where we had perhaps thought they could be working at a faster pace Would easily recommend Richard to anyone especially first time buyers looking for mortgage financial advice and look forward to our re-mortgage discussions in around 5 years time

Experienced Professional and hard working

Richard was very helpful at every step of buying our property We had a few hurdles along the way such as finding problems on our credit report and a couple of down valuations He always found a solution and was reassuring when we thought we wouldn t complete After talking to a few mortgage brokers it became clear that there s a few cowboys in this industry who will probably charge you a fee for their services and choose a mortgage that s good for them not you Richard is the opposite as he doesn t charge a fee and will always check for the best deals
