Sale is actually not cheaper
I added several items to my cart and the next week heard they were having a 25 off sale but when I went to re-add the items they were almost 80 more than the non-sale price Hard no and seems like a scam

An awful company that does not honor
An awful company that does not honor the return policy stated on its website They refused to process a return of an unopened unused sheet set because it was labeled final call Final call does not mean final sale Nowhere on the product page or return policy did it say this item was not returnable Apparently it is buried in their FAQs Rubbish I had to open a dispute with my credit card company Though I was successful it was still a hassle

Cart emptied and prices changed
Prices changed before I could check out I added two face masks to my cart at 18 each then went to look at the robes Within 5 minutes the website emptied my cart and the price went up to 21 Very sketchy

Very poor quality and customer service
I just bought two sets of towels and find them to be very poor quality They are fraying around the edges feel coarse and there are pulls in the cotton They do not wash well I too find customer service difficult to deal with I do not recommend and it will be my last purchase with them I will have to replace the towels within the first six months

Brooklinen is a marketing company that poses as a bed linen brand
Brooklinen is a marketing company that happens to push low quality sheets and towels My wife bought into the marketing and had everyone in our family give her Brooklinen gift cards last Christmas so she d have enough to buy a sheet set We got the sheet set and they were horribly uncomfortable We washed them a few times to see if they d get better They didn t they sucked And BTW should you really have to break in a set of sheets We gave up after a month and sent them back Except now we had this credit with the company so she thought she d get some new towels We got hand towels bath towels etc The towels aren t absorbant at all its like trying to dry your body with a handful of printer paper Then we washed them in just ONE WASH the ends got all bunched up and the whole towel was misshapen- no longer a rectangle She also got a sweatshirt with the leftover credit There is nothing special about it it s literally just a sweatshirt you could get for 25 of the price from walmart So if you re reading this buy sheets from somewhere else We sent ours back and got some from Target that are way cheaper and way more comfortable Buy towels from somewhere else- these ones suck And finally buy sweatshirts from somewhere else Don t get sucked in by the marketing and hype their products are overpriced garbage

Without my consent sending me lots of catalogs I never asked for
I have never bought anything from this company yet they somehow got hold of my name and address and started sending me a lot a lot of catalog spam in the mail I never consented to this much less asked for it or opted in They have no way to opt out quickly on their website so after spending several minutes getting nowhere I ended up having to write an email I then had to write another email with more details and then finally got a confirmation they d take me off their list No apology though I don t understand how without my consent they think it s OK to fill up my mailbox with garbage and create extra work I never agreed to now having to sort through the added trash to find the mail I actually want Stay away I hope they go out of business

Cancelled my order without reason
Ordered a sheet set at their Black Friday sale They cancelled my order saying it was a fraudulent credit card I called customer service and all the information was correct Card number billing address etc They would not give me any information as to why it was cancelled and I was told that it had to go through to a team and they would decide to reinstate the order No thank you I will buy my linens somewhere else

A colossal debacle
I am utterly disappointed to recount my experience with Brooklinen which has been nothing short of a colossal debacle spanning over ten months In April 2023 I placed an order with high hopes after being recommended by an Instagram influencer Little did I know this would be the beginning of a frustrating saga The ordeal commenced with not one but two failed deliveries by the carrier I notified the carrier and opened a case I diligently provided the carrier evidence during their investigation including photos of my home and surroundings Unable to locate my package the carrier closed the case urging me to seek resolution from Brooklinen I emailed Brookline Customer Service with the details of the situation What followed was a series of unfruitful exchanges with Brooklinen s customer service team characterized by generic responses that seemed to be generated by an AI rather than a human Despite my escalating frustration and repeated requests to escalate the matter to a supervisor or manager the issue remained unresolved The situation took a backseat when I faced an emergent health crisis pushing the Brooklinen debacle out of focus However even during this time Brooklinen made no attempt to reach out and rectify the situation It was as if my money and products had vanished into thin air with no concern from their end Fast forward eight months and I finally found myself in a position to address the unfinished business with Brooklinen Yet again my attempts to communicate were met with seemingly automated responses until I demanded to speak with a manager Only then did I receive assurance that my funds would be refunded This entire experience has left me deeply disappointed and dissatisfied What could have been a pleasant introduction to Brooklinen s products turned into a nightmare of customer service failures As a result I cannot in good conscience recommend Brooklinen to anyone Instead I have found solace in Cozy Earth a brand that not only delivered exceptional products but also provided unparalleled customer service In summary Brooklinen s operation receives a resounding F- from me It s a failure on all fronts and I urge others to steer clear to avoid similar disappointments
