No hard sell but a very professional polite sales team Sarah was very knowledgeable and sales manager John ensured i got the right deal in a timely fashion couldn t fault them Service desk girls were the best I ve every experienced when it comes down to customer service they clearly are the right people doing the right job give them a pay rise they are such an asset to Brownhills Over all it was a pleasant experience and even Jake the service engineer made a point of videoing the faults he found before rectifying them thank you all if your looking for a new or nearly new motorhome drop in and see the team no hard sell and so many perks buying from them Many thanksLee aka earls epic adventure Instagram

We had the call from Brownhills to say our new motorhome had arrived which after an eleven month wait was a lovely surprise Given the way supply chains are the delay was expected We were kept well informed through the whole process and the handover and customer follow up has been outstanding needless to say we are very pleased with our purchase and look forward to having a long relationship with Brownhills

Great Service
We recently collected our new motorhome from Brownhills and found the sales service communication and handover arrangements were fantastic The sales executive Andy Cantrell remained in contact with us throughout both the buying process and during handover He provided sound honest advice and has been in contact since collection to ensure that the vehicle was OK and we were happy with it I thoroughly recommend that if you purchase a motorhome from Brownhills that you take them up on their offer of staying over and the use of their truly excellent facilities on site

First time campervan purchase
It was a long journey from the point we ordered out camper to when it finally arrived through no fault of Brownhills I must add Throughout the process we were kept updated by Megan Hade even when there was little progress to report but it was much appreciated contact As we approached collection day we were contacted by a number of staff members to ensure a smooth transition which it absolutely was It has been a pleasure to deal with everyone at Brownhills who have always been super friendly and efficient Would highly recommend if considering any sort of Campervan purchase

We was welcomed in reception
We was welcomed in reception the sales person then greeted us and explained what would be happening on handover Handover was clear but a lot of information to take in however we stayed over and had questions that we needed to ask and the team were there straight away nothing was to much trouble and to top it off we had a complimentary Xmas dinner They have been on touch since to make sure all was ok and said if we have any further questions don t hesitate to call or pop in

Fab Brownhills experience
Everyone on the Brownhills operation were friendly helpful courteous nothing was too much from the cleaner to the sales manager It was a real pleasure to do business with them Also the added advantages of the Brownhills Club meal voucher and vouchers for the shop Excellent handover with time to take all the new kit in plus follow up calls Thank you

We have recently bought our second
We have recently bought our second campervan from Brownhills yes we have had a few minor issues with both but they were manufacturing defects and not Brownhills fault We always get a friendly welcome from all the staff and they hane listened to our concerns problems and have rectified them in a timely manner This review is based on our experiences and we understand that things can go wrong but as a campervan motorhome is a complex piece of kit we would certainly buy from them again
