Medical Crisis Meets Uncaring Service From Support to Shutdown
I am writing to share my recent experience with customer service at Bruce which led me to close my account Since the founder of Magnis Elm left Bruce I have noticed a troubling decline in service quality over the past year culminating in a recent incident that left me deeply frustrated Due to a medical condition I had to cancel my class unexpectedly One morning when I was physically unable to get out of bed I reached out to customer service to request the removal of a strike Regrettably my request was denied with a firm no and I was blocked This was especially disheartening given that a similar request had been handled differently by the same representative Boel who had shown more understanding just last year It puzzled me how one person could respond so differently to the same situation especially considering that Boel is the head of customer service The response I received from Boel was dismissive and lacked the empathy I had come to expect Phrases like We value your feedback felt hollow and insincere especially since my concerns were not addressed in a meaningful way Boel s focus seemed to be on creating the appearance of help rather than offering genuine support Her lack of care in handling the situation ultimately led me to terminate my membership I hope this feedback prompts a review of customer service practices as it is crucial for maintaining customer trust and satisfaction There are other options for Bruce to explore in terms of training or support I suggest considering alternative platforms as they may better serve the values that Bruce once promoted

Insincere and unhelpful customer service bad terms and communication
Two weeks into my membership and I the experience has not been satisfactory There are no detailed instructions on how to enter specific studios - I have had to leave a studio after standing outside without being able to access since the studio had face scan I tried to contact support but they only replied much later and now after a couple of days I m still awaiting their answer Bruce s costumer support would benefit from showing compassion to their costumers who pay for membership and thus expect to enter studios - the those who communicated were insincere and uninterested Worst of all Bruce will not accept a right of withdraw of the membership because I have used 1 training within 14 days of purchase even though I signed up because of a specific centre which I have not been able to use That means they will charge for one more month because I have to cancel the membership as per normal practice which does not seem fair since they re not providing the service they advertise

I started with Bruce in 2019 as a collaboration with Bruce as partners with my movement studio when J and K were in charge in GBG I can t express how helpful and supportive they were I even became a private member with them to support this innovative and smart new company that I thought it was I sold and convinced others to become Bruce members counting more than 50 people who joined as members for me TGS After 2020 J left and all the rules started to change for studio owners and members The funny part is that they change rules as they like and need It s so sad that it has become like this Today after asking for a discount after all these years of collaboration I didn t even get a 10 discount on the normal price I really don t need a membership with them I ve been in the movement brands for so long that I can get discounts anywhere I wanted to support the course again But no nothing from them Today I say - don t buy Bruce even if it looks good They will change the rules to suit their own needs They don t even pay the studios gyms well with the money so it s not recommended from either side It s so sad that it ends like this

I feel I have been robbed by this company I got an offer with two months trial period for 349 kr a month As I was curious I signed up It said no binding period and you can cancel any time The problem was I didn t use the service and I forgot I signed up They didn t send a reminder that your trail period is over and you will be charged full price or anything When I finally discovered the monthly payments in my bank account I cancelled and got confirmation that it was cancelled But suddenly after 1 5 months they started to charge me again 699 kr I contacted customer service which was extremely rude They asked me to send a picture of the confirmation email which I did Then they said there is one month period of notice Even though the offer said no such a thing Finally they said you should have read our Faq we cannot write everything in the app Nothing but a fraud company

I think you should remove the options
I think you should remove the options of buying credit It s useless I can t even use to book a court to play I mean credits should be flexible I mean that s your money why can t you book the entire court What is the use of this I should be able to use it whatever I want Reply to BRUCE I will understand if I have a menbership subscription then I should not share it with friends But for credits it should be more flexible the concept should be like having cash where you can book what ever you want otherwise I will just keep my cash
