Great product and great customer service

I purchased a head unit over a year ago it worked great until it showed a system error which made the unit unusable The screen showed the android logo and would not respond to any inputs apart from the reverse camera I contacted the support team via email and was put through to Patrick He was able to help start diagnosing possible issues with the unit Unfortunately nothing worked Luckily Patrick was able to supply me with a full replacement unit delivered at no cost even though the 1 year warranty had expired I have since installed the new unit and everything is working again Patrick was very helpful and I am very satisfied with the product and the customer support

Brummstadt Android Head Unit Review

One of things I wanted for my new to me car is a head unit that works with the steering wheel controls and to add a reversing camera I purchased the correct kit for my car and decided to get a car stereo installer to put it in I provided all of the information but the installer simply rubbished the unit as that chinese thing Long story short he installed the kit but told me the reverse camera didn t work and that he d tried but the unit is faulty When I got the car back I went onto the Brummstadt site and found the correct software fixes which made the camera and many other things work correctly Don t trust your installer with making it work because they simply don t bother to look very hard I couldn t be happier with what I have now

Replacement Head Unit - Audi TTS 8J 2010

I recently purchased an Audi TTS that came with the standard MMI unit It was good but didn t have a reverse camera or Carplay so I bought one from the Baeumer website The features I wanted included Carplay reverse camera capability and I also wanted the original steering wheel controls to work Baeumer said the unit would do all of this When I got it fitted the reverse camera didn t work and the radio was forgetting the stations Patrick reached out to me and gave me all of the information to fix the small issues that cropped up I recommend buying a Baeumer unit as they do what they say they are well made and has modernised my 14 year old car A couple of tips - the Baeumer website has many of the fixes for what are basically software issues Also I would advise getting the higher RAM and storage 4 64GB as the unit runs better

Wireless Carplay

Im based in Melbourne and bought a wireless carplay unit for 2016 Subaru Works very well it has heaps of features outside carplay that i didn t know it had Patrick was very helpful answering my questings regarding setting up the reversing camera I highly recommend them

Got my headunit quick but incorrectly connected two wires on harness 360 view camera So cameras did not work With productive and informative help of the support team special thanks to Tommy was able to connect all correct in next go Easy point and connect arrows diagramm on a photo been supplied So thank you guys Great upgrate to my car android auto an lot of new features Love it Cheers
