The worst company

Someone from Brunata called me on the phone a week ago to ensure I would be home yesterday for a service visit In addition they sent me a letter which says I had to be home between 09 30 and 11 30 I took the morning off work to be here No service man came I tried to call the phone number that was on the letter three times but whoever it was would not take the phone I took the morning off work rearranged meetings and put myself out to suit a time Brunata decided and dictated Nobody comes nobody tells me they are not coming and nobody apologises for wasting my time Brunata you are a piece of shxt I reallly hope that we can swap Brunata for something better when we review our suppliers in future You deserve minus 5 stars on trust pilot SimonC
