I ordered on Phoenix merch Shop and i have put the wrong adress Amy from BSI replied to me shortly and entered the correct adress for me before the clothes and vinyle were sent Fast kind and professional what to do best than this Plus all this happened on a Sunday I strongly recommend BSI to order official merchandising

Fast and professional customer service
I wish I could have only written a perfect review related to a perfect delivery I messed up in the order related to putting one wrong letter in my new address with the effect that a perfect delivery but next door was returned and will now be sent again with no extra charge BSI Merch with the very present and promptly responding Tan Doguc at Customer Service has already offerred a corresponding merch in case of further delays A high service level a friendly communication and I feel safe Thanks

BSI Customer Services are excellent For example the delivery company returned an item without even attempting delivery BSI sent me a personal email asking if I still wanted the item and gave me the option of having it re-sent or refunded BSI kept me informed at every step Thank you for the updates Tan
