Local middle school used BSN School Store for football team clothing for family - order will not arrive until AFTER first FOUR games have been played Would never have placed order if known up front

WARNING - DO NOT ORDER FROM BSN - Terrible customer service Total scam on the return policy They do not honor their 100 satisfaction guarantee Also when you order through the school campaign we are not shown the measurements of the sizes therefore we took our best guess Not exaggerating here We ordered a large pair of sweats and they were twice as big as his nike size large sweats he was currently wearing BSN says we cannot return them for a medium because THIS WAS A SPECIAL ORDER THIS WAS NOT A SPECIAL ORDER COMPLETE LIE 100 satisfaction means just that 100 satisfaction RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered the first time and product was ok ordered again and horrible product and not sewn properly Called customer care and they said we can replace but it will be same quality you don t care for Who sells see thru shirts of under armor never saw an under armor shirt of this quality in any store and we have purchased a ton for our son Will not be purchasing from them again after hundreds spent

Zero stars should be given for this company I ordered football clothes from this store for my son Before the order was processed or shipped my son got injured and we were told he would not be able to play for the whole season I immediately contacted BSN and was told they could not cancel my order even though they had not shipped it No personalized items were included Their customer service is nonexistent Do not buy from this shop It s unfortunate that schools use them forcing parents to buy from a non-reputable company

The most HORRIFIC experience ever

The most HORRIFIC experience ever First it makes no sense why it takes 3 months to order receive product but it s even worse that they won t do exchanges WHEN THEY SCREW UP I already told our team director if they go with BSN another year we re leaving the program Will NEVER deal with BSN

Unhappy customer

We ordered some sweatpants according to the size chart The waist fits but the length is too short They come to mid-calf Customer service was remarkably friendly but said the company does not accept returns or process exchanges if the item is embellished After expressing dismay the rep said we would get a 25 refund and suggested we donate the sweatpants to the team in case they fit someone else We will do so and recommend the coach use another supplier

Do NOT use this company

Our soccer club used BSN Sports to order uniforms We placed orders in August and still have not received our uniforms it is now October We were promised our uniforms in early September We have gone almost an entire season without uniforms Every time we ve been told they ll be in soon but then the date gets pushed back We were promised great customer service but have received the exact opposite Save yourself time frustration and money and pick another company

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service Do not always tell you online that items are backordered and repeatedly give you unrealistic shipping dates Only when you call do you find out how long it will ACTUALLY take to get your items and the guy answering the phone is a d-hole

They are the worst Don t bother Have something made local

They are the worst Expect to wait months to receive your items They won t close the shop when they say they will So your order won t begin to ship for at least another month once they do So they ll keep you waiting for just that They ll make you wait weeks If you try to cancel they ll suddenly decide the shop closed the previous day and say it is already in production that same day and cannot be canceled You ll come to find that wasn t true because they told your family member that lie a week before and they still didn t close shop when they said they would You ll be waiting 2 months for whatever you ordered your child and it won t even arrive in time for them to use it that current sports season Ordered end of November won t receive until February
