These guys are fake and are running a scam Then don t have a customer service already 3 weeks done and I don t know where my shipment is Everyone in bstock is very prompt in asking to pay up and when it comes to replying emails the replies don t come Avoid them like corona maintain business distance Will make sure these scammers are brought to justice

Still blocked by bstock for submitting a claim through pay pal when b-stock was giving me a run around Total scam they will give you a run around and when you fight back they block your account Good luck getting honest help if the supplier rips you off and be sure to check each individual sellers feedback before purchasing I recommend filtering by seller rating before purchases Protect yourself because b-stock will not be there for you If they do the right thing and unblock my account I will update but will still never use them again

I recently purchased a batch of Beats headphones One of the products was not delivered to me In addition the condition of the products was terrible I complained and nothing was done by Bstock Later I found out that 8 headphones were broken I complained again and guess what nothing was done Don t waste your time or money if you have a problem with Bstock you will be on your own

We have been following Bstock for a long time and their customer service has always been great However we recently purchased an auction item and paid for it but nearly a month has passed with no tracking number or responses from either customer service or the seller We have sent multiple emails without receiving any replies All we want is a refund but they are not responding If this situation continues we are considering canceling our subscription soon
