I ordered a refurbished Steelcase Leap V2 The ordering process was easy delivery was fast and re-assembly took about 5 minutes most of which was just pulling it out of the box The chair I received is indistinguishable from a new chair and it functions perfectly At half the cost of a new chair this was an unbeatable deal I would definitely recommend to anyone considering a Steelcase or similar chair

A comfortable solid chair It takes longer to get out of the box than to put together and neither takes long or is hard Easy online ordering and this refurbished chair looks brand new

I asked Nick a bunch of questions about different chair models and he not only was knowledgeable but emailed me detailed information so I could make my choice They had a sale which brought the chair to the same price as the cheaper online purchase options like Amazon but with the support of a local US based company

Purchased an Amia shipped pretty fast and item came in with no issues minor scuffs but that is expected from the refurb Chair has been awesome and much better than the Secretlab I ve been using Would definitely purchase from BTOD again

Really Impressed

Really impressive product straightforward and honest reviews and process Fully endorse BTOD and highly recommend them for a new or refurb chair The Steelcase Amia refurb I received for about half of what it would cost new is in perfect condition and you d never know it wasn t a brand new chair Obviously not a purchase you make frequently but I ll absolutely be back to BTOD the next time I need a chair and will recommend the same to others
