Absolute rubbish Please don t believe the hype this place is trash It s a pop up warehouse in an industrial estate It s nothing like the pics I promise you if you are excited by rooms filled with balloons or a ball pit and some flashing lights then go for it but it s not worth the price tickets should be 5 to match the experience it s complete garbage it s dirty smelly and crowded the ball pit is dirty and when my kids came out of it their clothes were filthy my son said the balls had gum and chocolate stuck to them so I don t think this place has been cleaned since it opened the photo opportunities you ve seen online are just tiny shoe box sized rooms with massive queues The whole experience was extremely underwhelming and nothing like social media will have you believe There s no food just ice cream nothing else and the drinks are only bubble tea at 7 50 a pop or water at 2 85 a bottle The VR is an extra cost so we didn t bother should be included in the high price the whole place is just cringey and definitely not for adults like it s being advertised all ages I would say under 5 I went with kids aged between 6-13 and they were all bored and said it was rubbish I was embarrassed I even took them there it s the worst place I ve ever taken my children the local soft play is better It s an experience I wouldn t want to repeat The staff were rude and clueless just shouting a lot in the ball bit as there are lots of rules no jumping in no climbing etc they also didn t have a clue what I was talking about when I said I was free as a Carer as per the website they looked at me like I had two heads My son referred to it as the Willy wonka experience I m not sure how anyone liked this place either had very small children or just very easily pleased As for bubble planet wasn t a bubble in sight balloons and a ball pit the other rooms were very basic and unfinished and just games that half were broken there was really nothing else and you could walk through in half an hour we stayed slightly longer just because I encouraged my children to try to enjoy the ball pit just so it wasn t a complete waste of money but even that was boring there was a thing in the middle that you put balls in but only one side was working and people wouldn t let others have a turn and would let their children play with it endlessly even though they could see others were waiting The whole place was a joke I took my daughter here for her 13th birthday and felt so awful as it was just so crap really shouldn t be advertising this place for teenagers and adults because it s just a giant indoor play area for toddlers who are easily pleased

It s so overpriced and it s for kids age 5 and under anyone older than this will be very bored and feel out of place It s basically a giant pit ball play area

Thoroughly disappointed with the experience The entrance resembled a somber funeral parlor setting a depressing tone from the start The lack of cleanliness was immediately evident as I noticed unwashed cushions outside where customers supposedly sit The walls were adorned with messy handwriting further diminishing the appeal of the place While children might find some amusement in the balloons and activities the overall unhygienic conditions pose a significant risk The dirty curtains floors and overall atmosphere did not justify the steep price of nearly 25 In my opinion the venue is not worth the money and I would advise against visiting it It would be more prudent to spend your money elsewhere

Overpriced and Poorly Maintained A Disappointing Experience at Bubble Planet
Unfortunately Bubble Planet in London was a disappointment Despite the high ticket prices the experience fell short in almost every aspect The installations which might have once been impressive are now tatty and tired with the overall appearance clearly lacking proper maintenance It s evident that the venue isn t being looked after as it should be To make matters worse after paying an already steep entrance fee you re expected to pay extra for additional activities once inside This feels like an unfair money grab especially considering that some of the machines and attractions weren t even working properly The entire experience felt poorly managed and not worth the money For the price paid we expected a much more polished and enjoyable experience Sadly Bubble Planet doesn t live up to the hype or the cost We wouldn t recommend to anyone

Do not book - scam
Do not book cancelled tickets an hour before meant to be there Claimed through it being closed but actually they just oversell too many and then kick out people who have paid and travelled there by random only a few hours before Then the customer service lie to you its been shut down
