The personalized Paw Patrol book was wonderful My three-year-old grandson was fascinated that his name and avatar were throughout the story the story itself held his interest I love it that I got to add my own message to him and that his picture is on the front and back cover Definitely everything I wanted it to be thank you

Great customization of character
Book is of good quality with sharp illustrations I purchased for my 3 year old granddaughter who has red hair and glasses so it was very nice to be able to customize her character with great detail She loved seeing her character numerous times throughout the book and her name included in the whole story

Excellent customer service
My initial order failed to arrive but when I contacted customer services they responded very quickly the same day with a full apology and a full explanation of what went wrong They had already reordered my item and it arrived very quickly The best but was that it was a gift for my youngest granddaughter and she absolutely loved it
