I have ordered few times and I am happy with the product Obviously the sizing of each brand is bit different so there is some returns Overall great experience Recently even after paying the shipping cost - the parcel was not delivered to home The customer service answer - we can t help anything this is what it is

Purchased a pair of shoes from Buddy and Selly via Vestiaire Collective The shoes arrived completely broken The strap had come away from the shoe making them unusable This seller must have known about the defect before shipping but was not honest with their description BUYER BEWARE I would not trust this seller

Wrong size and very long return process

Sent me a womens 42 instead of a mens 42 in some Prada loafers Return and refund take waaaaay to long for todays standard The shoes was delivered back to them the 10th and now 9 days later still nothing They say up to 14 days but most places refund within a few days after they received the product back A bit crazy to hold on to peoples money this long Order number 3089878EDIT 24 6-2024 Still no refund and we are now on day 14

Great for finding high-end brands but customer service needs improvement

Pro It s a great place for finding reduced second hand or even knew luxury apparel Con Delivery fee is quite high and the return takes way way too long so that I m unsure if I will keep ordering there 2-3 weeks for refund is just too long

Great shop with pre-loved luxury items One of my favourites Excellent service top quality items - everyting always like new 30 days free return period which is super Cheap shipping with UPS 100 trustworthy BUT - its really big big pity that they rised the prices so much - I wonder why I used to buy there all the time but now its hard to find attractive items for good prices and what really doesnt make sense is that they started to sell on Vestiaire Collective and despite of the commision that VC takes they sell there their items or some of them cheaper than on their own web page
