Order has not arrived Tried several times to log on with incorrect credentials and have been locked out for the day

Don t bother

Ordered paid waited over a week with NO UODATES NO COMMUNICATION POOR POR SERVICE don t bother even spending your time let alone money here Ended dul canceling order because not one single reply was answered in my numerous attempts at reaching out to customer service SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY GO ELSEWHERE

sent them a e-transfer on Monday Oct 21 2024 and also sent them reminders through out the week It is now Monday Oct 28 2024 still had not deposited my money cancelled e-transfer and lost a 5 fee

No one responded at all to my text messages or my chats you only get 1 first time and no one had the decency to answer any of my questions How can you make an informed decision when you have a conversation with someone who knows something I am super disappointed I will really have to checkout some of the other on line smoke shops

Be careful ordering

Its been 7 days and I STILL don t have my order yet I do not think I ll be orderig again if this takes this long There s another servcie online and you get your purchase the NEXT day Just thought I d try this copany because of their promotion of but 2 cartons get one free but if it takes this long its not worth it becasue it cost me another 80 in regs to wait Plus ALL of their cartons are overpriced compared to others 50 a carton when I can get the SAME thing for 37 50 elsewhere
