Poor quality sweater

I ordered a sweater which arrived in a couple of weeks -- the sweater had jewels sewn down a trough on the front -- however the jewels were not in the trough instead were sewn outside the indents I took pictures and wrote the customer service about the quality and requested a refund their response was the item is correct Although the website appears to take returns they are very specific about returns for quality or wrong item Read the fine print The quality of this sweater is so poor I won t be wearing it

I had the same experience as other customers who have submitted reviews The quality of the dress I ordered was not the problem - it was the fit I notified them that I would like to return it They did offer to exchange it for a different size but I could tell that a different size would not solve the fit problem I was finally offered 12 and I could keep the dress This is less than I paid in shipping cost Based on another review I read this must be the standard response Companies like this should state their return policy before you buy

The material was crappie The one that s supposed to be denim material is some polyester Looks like a house dress The material on the other one is real thin I thought they were made in SC They came from China and took to months and it s sounds like they don t take the back Boy did I get ripped off It s my fault I didn t read the reviews
