No quality control with horrible customer service

We ordered 7 signs for a high school senior night celebration When we received the order 5 of the 7 signs were fine 2 were missing and 2 were duplicates When we called customer service we were told they would not be able to fix the problem in time They claim they can overnight your order The can only do that if it works in their schedule Meaning no exceptions can be made They wouldnt print the missing 2 signs and overnight them because they needed to wait for the next overnight order to go out There was obviously no quality control to check the order with such an obvious mistake They claim 100 guarantee but that s just not true It s only true if they can make it right on their time

The picture on the left is printed by another company the second photos are printed by BuildASign After a week of phone calls and emails Samantha on their team did realize that the quality of workmanship was less than standard and issued a full credit Monique in their customer service department felt their work as far superior and warrants no credit and not even felt anything was DIFFERENT Well thanks to Chase they will be able to not only see the facts in this case but I can post the visual pieces and let their work stand for itself Quality work Ha Monique I can assume you have never seen good quality printing But I can tell you where I did go to get them printed and you may want to see first hand what good workmanship really is if you can t recognize the shoddy workmanship that you are slapping your name on

Deceptive

Deceptive and do not take responsibility for their errors Ordered 2 sandwich board signs and frames - never arrived 48 00 shipping- called twice and was told they would get back to me Nope Finally re ordered what they screwed up and did not send Unfortunately the size I needed could not be found elsewhere No one got back to me Would absolutely not compensate or do anything to make it right If you need something timely- you cannot rely on them If you need something done right- please go somewhere else The signs I needed and spent over 200 I will not have for upcoming event Too late to get elsewhere but should have arrived a week before said event They didn t care Did not offer to expediate their mistake or compensate in any way Lied when said manager would call me when I requested to speak to one Yuck Shame on them

They Got Me Twice But Never Again

At a previous church event I opened the box to hang our 4X8 sign that you had made for us on the marquee and it turned out to be an advertisement for a canoe sale This time you took the wind out of a large sale our church is having When I opened the box and went to hang the 4ft by 8 ft indoor garage sale sign on the marquee again for the garage sale we are having for the next two days it read HAPPY BIRTHDAY JOANNE Yes you refunded the money for the botched order but what about the advertising we lost for the sale that provides the money for charities we support A Unhappy Pastor Again

THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE INDUSTRY THEY SCREW UP AND NOT PRINT THE ORDER BUT STILL PRINTED THEY SHIPPING LABEL BUT ORDER IS NEVER SHIPPED DUH AND WHEN THEY ASK YOU IF YOU STILL WANT THE ORDER A WEEK LATER AND YOU CANCEL THEY CHARGE YOU A 20 WASTE CHARGE FOR THE ITEMS THAT WERE NEVER PRINTED GREAT SCAM - GET THERE CAKE AND EAT IT TOO DEAL DON T BE FOOLED WITH THEIR PRICES GO TO LOCAL SHOP SAME QUALITY AND PRICE SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE GOT A GREAT LITTLE RIP OFF SCAM GOING ON THERE

Just canceled order of political door hangers claiming system glitch at last minute leaving campaign high and dry

I am a candidate for a minor local political office I needed door hangers for a Labor Day weekend door knocking campaign I did a design on their site and placed the order well in advance The order didn t arrive and didn t arrive and didn t arrive Finally on the Wednesday before the weekend they sent me an e-mail saying that they couldn t fulfill the order due to a system glitch and were canceling it I went to their Web site and was able to pull up the design exactly as I submitted it with no problem They clearly could have done that too but they didn t I called and the representative refused to make good on their commitment or despite the fact that they claimed to have express shipping do anything to help us He said that even if we placed the order again they would not deliver it until SEPTEMBER 15TH We are now SCRAMBLING to find a print shop that will print a rush order and will likely pay hundreds of dollars more and we are not rich if we can get it done at all Buldasign let us down Find another company to print your literature or signage

Second and LAST order from this company Again not delivered as promised UPS doesn t Even have a record of the tracking I was given by BAS Tried to call the company but the whole company is in a team meeting I think that means coffee break If you need a reliable delivery date DON T use these guys or make sure to order months in advance
