BUYER BEWARE Don t even sign up for a 1 trial Here s why
I signed up to Builderall on a 1 trial It autorenewed 30 days later as you might expect However they refuse to refund me when it only just happened a day ago They have some very strict autorenewal policy They will autorenew without even sending a reminder email and won t cancel The least they can do is send a friendly reminder beforehand but in reality they should cancel and refund if requested within a day On top of that customer service is horrible to deal with They are rude and don t listen Every reply is just them throwing back their ToS as a response They can t even have a nice and civil conversation I tried talking to four reps and one manager They seem to all be the same way If their product was so great would they really treat their customers like this It s a Brazilian company not even US I should never have signed up for the 1 trial It s not even a good tool Now they wasted my time and money I hope other prospective users will be informed so they don t fall into the same trap as me I have to dispute with my bank now And oh btw they also blocked my account now because I asked for a refund and wrote this review

Just terrible service and support is
Just terrible service and support is practically nonexistent I responded to an ad for this company s MailingBoss product when the company and the product were still new They advertised a lifetime unlimited subscription that included the ability to import existing mailing lists for a one-time flat fee Just what I was looking for I did not get to working on the project for a few months When I did I found that their product would not let me import my mailing list I contacted them and they said that was an additional fee I explained that I had paid for that ability and they said they had changed their policy I explained that it was illegal to change their policy on something that was sold with lifetime access After long back-and-forth exchanges with their support department I found the original ad which I had saved and showed it to them They told me very begrudgingly that okay they would make an exception and allow me to import my mailing lists A good bit of time has passed now and I revisited their service This time not only could I not import my mailing list I could not even access Mailing Boss It said I had to upgrade to access it at all I contacted support and explained They gave me the our policy has changed BS again They also effectively claim to have no records of the support tickets where this matter was resolved the first time So in other words I paid for a lifetime subscription only to end up with in effect no subscription at all The word fraud might actually be appropriate here

Frustrating disappointing upsetting
I ve been using Builderall for over 4 years hopeful that it would ever work as it should and I have the same opinion and had very similar experiences as so many others have already shared here It is about the worst support I have ever encountered They don t say much that you don t already know Like they don t even listen or read what you are asking Just shameful Poor service Support is super slow takes 2-3 days to hear back on ticket And different support agents give conflicting info and some are rude or just give links to tutorials that don t have any relevant info related to issues Support couldn t even understand my questions Just terrible service and support is practically nonexistent They have buggy softwares and the support is ridiculous Bad support There are other alternatives with good price and excellent support A lot of potential but terrible right now Does not have an undo button you heard that correctly no undo button Slow and poor quality support on issues that never should have arisen This looks like such a promising platform but they have so many problems They have next to no support unless you count crappy messaging with someone who doesn t understand your question half of the time I ve been trying to get support to help me on multiple things every time they take days to get me any form of help and usually they don t have any clue what I m talking about I ask for a manager and I don t get taken to a manager and I ve gotten my business screwed over multiple times due to their negligence This is the absolute worst service that I ve ever received Now that Builderall has been sold will it achieve its full potential Who knows

Very expensive subscription and bad support
Very expensive subscription bad support and they have a complex UX to make it difficult for the users to stop the very expensive subscription I don t advise you to use it there are many other alternatives with good price and excellent support

Not functional poor support
We had a professional web designer try and use this platform to set up sales funnels for our workshops Four months of back-and-forth with slow and poor quality support on issues that never should have arisen This looks like such a promising platform but his problems that are systemic and they appear to have no understanding of why they have so many problems They recently upgraded their platform to a new platform under the same umbrella and they have not upgraded any of their support videos to match The new platform was definitely not ready to be launched They ve been forcing people over onto a substandard beta project which is a irresponsible thing to do Despite what looks like value there s no value here if your time with your designers time has any value It s a black hole of trying to get it to do what it claims it should do and cannot They have had more than enough time to get their act together and they ve just failed Too bad because they spun off from the grossly overpriced click funnels We needed an option but this is NOT it

I ve been trying to get support to help me on multiple things every time they take days to get me any form of help and usually they don t have any clue what I m talking about I ask for a manager and I don t get taken to a manager and I ve gotten my business screwed over multiple times due to their negligence I would not recommend this service to anyone who is a serious entrepreneur or business because this is the absolute worst service that I ve ever received for a price that is far too high to justify what I m getting in return They may be hearing from my lawyers soon over their negligence

If I were available to give a 0 rating I would There are multiple kinks STILL yet 2 years later in this system but that s just a start My main issue is I ve generated commissions they will NOT release to me because it hasn t reached their threshold and of course the only way to meet their threshold is to continue to refer others WHY WOULD I DO THAT Give me my earned commissions So you want me to spend more money to get my earned commissions SCAM NEXT I paid an additional month so that I could get my clients content OUT of the system and requested a refund the next day since I will NOT be using the system for the month I just paid for yesterday no dice No refunds because I generated commissions LAST YEAR 2021 that you WILL NOT SEND ME That s ridiculous
