We used these guys for a kitchen

We used these guys for a kitchen conversion and full garden digout build They were brilliant throughout very trustworthy and quick to react managed our expectations well Unexpected extras were no problem and they were always the lowest quote when shopping around We ended up with a great finish These guys are mostly Lithuanians and probably the hardest workers I ve ever seen almost embarrassing I asked my kid not to watch them so that he s not disappointed in my own efforts

From start to finish we couldn t have asked for a better experience with our kitchen extension Which involved knocking two rooms into one and extending out 3m on a Victorian property Guidrius Karlo and his team were real professionals from start to finish From initial meetings to completion nothing was too much trouble and they really cared about our project making sure every detail was perfect which is not easy as I am a perfectionist The standard of work and finish is exceptional They were very happy to meet with other contractors on the build such as the bi-fold and flooring companies and did their very best to accommodate them Communication was brilliant throughout and they were a pleasure to have around I have genuinely never seen such hard workers and they were polite clean and tidy and thoughtful about our neighbours needs too We were on time on budget and still can t believe that it s our kitchen I wouldn t hesitate to recommend them to anyone and have been signing their praises to anyone who ll listen Get them round for a quote you won t be disappointed

Loft Conversion

We had this company led by Mindis do a loft conversion for us over last summer They were with us every step of the way working out what we could get by converting our loft We got more than we wanted 2 bedrooms and a shower room with toilet Mindis talked us through the project and went through how things would work Every member of his team was friendly hard working and respectful of our family home They could advise us and also give us their professional opinion The project went ahead smoothly and to budget and we are very grateful for our lovely conversion I would definitely work with them again

Loft conversion

Mindis and his team did a fantastic job I am very happy with the company simply loft I had been wanting to get a loft conversion done for some time but always delayed the undertaking due to how big of a task it was and worried about the stress it might cause me but the company as hinted in the name made it such a simple process for me to undertake I was assigned Mindis and his team to do the initial building work and they finished the job to an exceptional standard very friendly team and the project manager always was happy to listen and to add last-minute changes if needed and he gave me a great break down of costs also he was always available to talk to and very easy to get in touch with The finished product I must say has turned out even better then I had envisioned I have added a 1 bedroom flat into the loft and now have tenants staying up there and have even complimented on the exceptional standard of the design and execution many friends and family have already taken the details of the company after visiting to see the finished product

Builders team just completed a house

Builders team just completed a house extension for us The whole team have done an mazing job From the Project Manager Giedrius to the tiler plumber electrician carpenter plasterer etc they have all done a fantastic job They went way beyond our expectations always finding solutions and with good advices I highly recommend Builders team house extension work Perfect team

Loft extension

Builders team did an extensive loft extension at our London flat In addition they redid the entire flat This was a big project and the handled it from scratch to final completion The standard of finishes was very good and Builders team was very helpful throughout the entire process by giving us precious advice on layout plans construction options materials and design The flat looks amazing and we are very happy with the final product

Great job highly recommended

They did a great job building a two storey extension at our house in Stoke Newington their work was to a very high standard not my area of expertise but a builder friend of mine came round for a social visit and was very complimentary about the standard of their work despite it being a very tight space and equally importantly they were helpful polite and accommodating at all times

Highly recommend Builders Team They carried out demolition and build of single storey rear extension kitchen diner and patio to a very high standard Price was competitive - not cheapest but real value for money Our Project Manager Giedrius was excellent - very thorough and professional on top of things The tradesman were all diligent and worked extremely quickly proficiently and to a very high standard Would use again and recommend
