Brickwork repair work

George attended on time to Geelong from Balwyn quite some distance on 30-31 March He got on with the brickwork repair job efficiently On finishing he explained what he d done and that he needed to come back the next day to finalize all work which he did efficiently and to my satisfaction

Don t go past Buildfix

I recently had Buildfix come to fix my foundations at my Home due to sinking foundation after the Lismore flood Bruno quoted and was very informative Andy came and injected the foam Ryan fixed the cracked mortar and added the Helical Bar and was such a good bloke Couldn t ask for a better bunch of blokes really While I was there watching Andy injecting the foam you could noticeably see and hear the bricks moving which quite impressive All workmen were reliable clean workers making sure if any mess was cleaned and were punctual with clear communication If you are thinking about doing it call the best call Buildfix I got a 10 year warranty with all work I am very happy Thanks again

Stabilise footings and wall crack

Had front party walls of terrace house underpinned and cracks stitched Very happy with service and pricing Team were professional good follow-up kept me well informed of what s happening They did a small additional item on the day also highly recommend their product and service

Sinking slab near the pool

We had a slab of concrete next to our pool that was slowly sinking It turned into a trip hazard for our residents and guests After several failed attempts to find someone to rectify the problem we came across Buildfix They attended our site promptly and gave us confidence that the slab could be lifted successfully On the day of the job they were on time and very professional The job was completed to our satisfaction in a timely manner We would have no hesitation in recommending Buildfix

The tradies that come out where nothing short of amazing they were very thorough and were happy to explain every detail of what they were doing for our understanding We had our shed and patio underpinned and both were very successful with no further damage created during the process They also left the place as clean as it was when they come if not cleaner Would definitely reccomend

Really happy with the entire process with Buildfix From Matt coming out to do the assessment and taking his time to talk through the issues and check the levels and talk me through the process to Alberto and Sam who arrived on time and kept me informed and across the works that were happening Both Sam and Alberto were friendly knowledgeable and left the site clean and as they found it The entire process took around 2 weeks from assessment to the work completed and we wouldnt hesitate to recommend or use Matt and the team at Buildfix again Thanks guys
