OUTSTANDING Had a 20 year old large picture window replaced a couple years ago by another company that did a terrible job Needed another replaced and was determined to find a great company Southwest was it Steve and Mike did an excellent job of replacing the broken window with a new frame then cleaned up spotlessly Southwest is honest ethical reasonably priced licensed bonded insured and has a special certificate given to only 5 of contractors in the country Highly recommended

ZRM Builders did an absolutely fantastic job at transforming 5 very old and uncared for buildings into a contemporary seashore gem in Wildwood Crest NJ The Seawyn Condos were beat up and tired stucco buildings with rundown wooden decks ZRM applied a beautiful new surface They cared enough to apply the new surface in the exact temperature needed for a sound job Yes we did have to wait for the right temperature for the men to do this work but it was worth the wait to get such an expert result THANK YOU ZRM The decks have been replaced with vinyl and recycled decking The place looks terrific Congratulations on a job well done especially during such trying times I m sure it was tough undertaking such a big job with Covid and all of the challenges it presented Hats off to you ZRM Builders and a big THANK YOU from this very happy owner

I had no idea how to find a contractor I had no idea what to do when I did the contractors I did call were booked up two or three years out BuildZoom not only found me one yeah just one not five but I am GRATEFUL for ONE but actual BuildZoom employees followed up with me to check on the bid I got and offer advice on what it should include etc These are things I haven t done before I don t know what a bid should look like I feel like they re putting their company rep on the line and are willing to make sure things turn out right I hadn t thought there d be follow-up to make sure I m satisfied I m super super happy with it

I only wish there was a way to write a most superlative review Our experience with Hubble Restoration and Construction was beyond exceptional The care they took with each and every step was something not experienced lately in our society Every employee with whom we interacted was competent professional on time and communicated with with understanding and graciousness It was obvious they went out of their way to do what was right and pleasing to us No one would ever go wrong choosing Hubble I m so thankful that our insurance agent from MEEMIC did so

Professional teamwork excellent communications

Due to a leaking pipe that flooded a good part of my condo I needed to find a contractor to restore my condo to its livable condition I am so glad I found and hired BuildZoom CH Brothers They were a pleasure to work with from the first meeting to get an estimate to my being able to move back in Once approval was received from my insurance company the crew came in and worked steadily and professionally always friendly and respectful of my home and belongings I felt very comfortable with their being in my home and didn t feel like I had to be there at all times as I trusted their work ethic I was pleased and impressed with their communication throughout the job I would definitely call them again if needed and will recommend them to anyone looking for a good contractor

Egnatia Construction is highly recommended

After having contracted our NYC co op bathroom to a previous inadequate contactor we were left with a mess I was reluctant to use buildzoom but I had to take the chance as we live in CT I was very skeptical All contractors we had estimate the job were extremely over priced Jimmy from Egnatia Construction gave us the only fair price He was professional He answered every call or text in more than adequate time Since it is a coop there was alot of paperwork along with substantial insurance requirements He completed and dealt with all of it He also had all requirements needed to work in a co-op When he came to do the work he continued until it was finished He left the job each day with the area cleaned up that he was working in I highly recommend Jimmy from Egnatia no question about it

We were looking for a company to put a new roof on our house and shed we a couple interviews and we finally came across G I Roof we hired him because he sounded the most honest of them all They did a really good job Couldn t ask for better we highly recommend them
