First time buying with BBA

I had my first buying experience with Bulk Buy America and went very well I had some concerns but they did not hesitate to help me I will definitely keep looking for good deals and buying from them Thank you

I have seen the worst customer service you will ever see in your life and there is also a possibility of fraud

Customer service is totally seems fake

It is very hard to get information or get a follow up from a customer service I send an email asking for the wire pmt because the company do not accepted credit card and it took two weeks after my order to get a respond

Still have yet to receive my product

Customer service is totally seems fake hold hold and hold on fone call late response of emails

zero communication

Still have yet to receive my product that I paid for a month ago

Why would you falisfy items as being in

Why would you falisfy items as being in stock AND enforce an all sales final after the order gets placed
