I was hugely impressed with Bungalow Homes on the recent sale of my Bungalow where they replaced another agent who was struggling From the very beginning Ryan Zoe were confident re the price they could achieve selected a small but well qualified group of buyers and then were utterly tenacious with all parties buyer both solicitors even me to ensure the sale completed ahead of the UK budget which was a key deadline for me The increase in purchase price achieved means it s a complete no brainer - I won t waste time with other agents in future
