The service provided by Lucy and team at the Mansfield branch has been superb from start to finish I really have no complaints in the way they have dealt with our sale that spanned the 1st lockdown Communication has been excellent with all viewings well communicated to me and feedback passed on very quickly All offers received were confirmed verbally and in writing Lucy and the team provide a good reliable friendly service communication within the branch is excellent if Lucy was out of the office someone within the team always knew what was happening Even when Conveyancing direct started failing on us the team worked tirelessly in the background to keep things moving my review of Conveyancing direct will be posted shortly but in short use Burchell Edwards but not Conveyancing direct
