Burton have legendary support I m riding on Mission bindings that are 10yrs old they are still going strong I reached out to Burton support for a couple of replacement straps for if these eventually die on the mountain they were happy to oblige free of charge i would have paid Companies that treat their customers like this should be supported it s becoming less and less these days

Excellent customer service from Nadiyah today She was really friendly and helpful I couldn t get on request a return and she told me what to do Then I couldn t print returns label so she emailed me a copy of my label so that I could forward to my daughter who has now printed it for me and will pop it to me as soon as she can so that I can return my parcel Nadiyah went over and aboard to help me today With the current situation and me shopping online everything gets a bit more stressful when I can t sort something I hope that Nadiyah hope I ve spelt her name right will get some recognition for her excellent customer service thankyou Viv

I m extremely satisfied with how I ve been helped by Burtons I ordered a suit online for my son for a wedding during the second lockdown it was small and had to return and request a refund obviously Due to the company going to administration my emails requesting refund wasn t received hence something that has to take around a week took almost 2months On their website there s no phone number to call but I saw they now use WhatsApp for their queries though was a bit skeptical but gave it a try I had someone called Simone to attend to me gave me the different options they had in sending refund I choose one of them and to my amazement got my money today 21 5 21 Thank you Simone and your team for the honest way of dealing with your customers
