Pretty good

Pretty great experiences Only issue was the customer service phone numbers being unavailable on weekends even the emergency one Was not able to communicate with driver at first to figure out pick up location in a large parking lot

Amazing ServiceDrivers were great and super understanding for our unique trip to company yards and plants They we re more than patient with the schedule being flexible - would 10 10 use them again

the fare that I got was much lower than anything else One company advertised a fare of 450 on their website but when I got an actual quote the quote was 1900 The bus com driver was very courteous and did not complain about loading about 28 pieces of luggage into a school bus

Amazing service easy to book I will definitely come back to book again with bus com and would recommend them We used them for our wedding with a 55 passenger bus Thank you so much to the drivers for getting us and our guests home safely on our special day and thank you to Bob for working with me to ensure worried bride everything would be fine the whole way through

Our drivers were great I was happy with the service was awesome I would book the company again though I d do it privately I found out that Bus com had not been paying the company their gratuity If I am going to pay a gratuity I expect that 100 of it goes to the operators not the company that made the booking on my behalf

This was the first time I have ever rented a bus for an event It was my son s wedding and I needed to transport guests to different locations The bus was on time at all venues and the driver was wonderful We were able to enjoy the day without having to worry about traffic and directions It went off without a hitch Thank you for the fantastic service
