Nothing like ordered

Don t use this company I ordered some flowers for next day delivery This wasn t achieved and I was told they would be out the following day This was frustrating but fine The following day they arrived as promised and looked nothing like the flowers I had ordered Considering I had been emailing someone who worked at the company about the flowers and how these were a special gift for a 50th anniversary I ordered white flowers with a few yellow roses throughout a full bunch The flowers that came were bright orange and bright yellow throughout Not a single white flower in them and different flowers to the photo Now it says on the website they will substitute certain flowers to the style quality and value but this big of a difference seems shocking I emailed with photographs and said that this wasn t what I ordered to this same lady I had been emailing who agreed that there was a huge difference and she would speak to her manager I have since been emailing for around 2 3 weeks now and have been offered 10 after paying 70 for the flowers or a gift card to re-order I rang the company today to speak to them in person about this issue as trying to get somewhere over email was proving challenging and I was met with an extremely rude lady who kept talking over me wouldn t let me explain and told me that she couldn t help me and I was washing my breath When I asked if I could speak to someone she said the boss couldn t speak as she was hard of hearing and they were an online company anyway so did not speak or take complaints over the phone it was all done via email I said I had been speaking to this lady via email to which she said no you are speaking to someone with a different name as the person I believed I had been speaking to had left so they were just using her email address still I asked if there was anyone else I could speak to such as another manager above the one I was told I couldn t speak to and was told she didn t know as it was above her pay grade Absolutely shocking customer service I will never use this place again

SCAM they are not based in local

SCAM they are not based in local towns This is an umbrella company You are not getting flowers from a local florist as searched for on Google DO NOT USE Customer service is abysmal Planned delivery s don t show up AGAIN I CANT STRESS ENOUGH - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Awful Don t use this company I paid over the odds for same day delivery and didn t get it Received an email to say unable to deliver delivered the next day by ROYAL MAIL even though they re based in the same town as the recipient Oh and no message attached so she didn t know who had sent them Diabolical company oh and the flowers do not look like 50 worth

Late delivery with missing item

Late delivery with missing item no apology and no refund one month and several emails on Appalling customer service Wish I looked at Trustpilot reviews and not the reviews on their website To add insult to the injury the flowers were left outside open to the elements over a full weekend despite notifying them in advance Avoid at all costs as they are not reliable nor trustworthy

Ordered same day and like everyone else

Ordered same day and like everyone else believed this company was local to them had emails from a Margaret on a different names email received only 2 emails now she is ignoring me after I questioned why if it apparently was tried delivering yesterday there was no note to say so Apparently coming today but again no actual evidence To me this company has paid to ensure they come up first on Google regardless where you are in the UK to make a quick buck and then mess people around If I do not receive my order I will sure to be pushing for a refund

Not worth 1 star

I ordered flowers on 20th October for next day delivery for my nephews funeral on 22nd October They didn t arrive on time despite their assertion that they had and were not as pictured on their website when they arrived a day late For the past month I have been trying to resolve the situation as I feel I am due a refund for breach of contract However I am constantly being fobbed off by Margaret with excuses e g I need to speak to driver and have been asked what was done with the flowers REALLY After 1 month They owe me 39 95 BEWARE of this company

No flowers and no way to get in touch just an answering machine

I placed an order for flowers for a friends birthday two days before her birthday I paid 35 for a bouquet of flowers On my friends birthday at 5 30pm she had not receive her flowers I phoned the florist and all I got was an answering machine telling me to send an email That is not good enough they could easily provide a mobile phone number if they are out on deliveries It is now 7pm and I have heard nothing from the florist and the flowers have still not been received Terrible service with non-existent communication Will never use them again

Ordered flowers for same day delivery received an email much later saying this wasn t possible and we have cancelled the order Absolute joke of a company the reviews on their website are from 10 years ago Avoid at all costs

Untrusted and Lousy customer service

Ordered a bouquet in November and paid additional fee for same day delivery Yet flowers were delivered only on next day and I wasn t informed As at now despite my mail requests there has been no refund of the same day delivery charges Very lousy customer service Poor communication and charging for unexecuted services
