Generally speaking I ve had no major problems with their service however few months ago I had a message say I had purchase some goods and praised me with good taste included in this compliment was a voucher saying please accept free postage on next purchase Well I tried it didn t work so sent message to BW with the email attached no response I further purchased goods and again chased up my previous query with message Nothing Eventually I decide to ring it s not that I couldn t use the offer particularly it s just that I appeared to be ignored and I spend a fair amount with Simon Anyway spoke to this lady explained my problem she said she couldn t trace anything so I sent it I e the voucher to her Response can t do anything no code on the offer as you can imagine not very pleased and made me think what was the point of the flattery when it turned out to be false
