Buttercloth makes the most comfortable shirts ever If you haven t purchased one yet do yourself a favor and get one Incredible shirts And I cannot say enough good things about the customer service I wanted to change my delivery option and sent an email to the customer service email address Customer service responded quickly and they went above and beyond Only issue is that once you buy and wear one of their shirts you will buy more so be prepared Loving it

Buttercloth sells the most amazing softest shirts that don t require any ironing Their customer service is the best I ve experienced They re extremely professional very responsive fast fulfillment and compares to the Nordstrom shopping experience I highly recommend Buttercloth to anyone and everyone

Return Process Was So Easy

I cannot say enough nice things the support I received during the return process First of all so easy to make a return but I had unfortunately discarded the original packaging the team explained to not worry that they would talk me through the process

I placed a order 2 April today is the 19th April and still haven t received anything

Slow nonexistent delivery Customer service was terrible condescending and downright rude For an expensive shirt I would expect professionalism with help for delivery issues Not the case Unless you have two weeks for a shirt to show up probably not for you Also discount codes that are advertised are nowhere to be found When I found a code it wasn t the amount that was advertised and it only came off of one of the shirts The place is a joke

Terrible Experience Wrongly Charged 600

Terrible Experience Tried the try before you buy and they charged my card the full amount anyway When I contacted them they said they only meant to put a hold on the card which isn t what they say they re going to do Then they said I have to be home to sign for the delivery again this is nowhere in the purchase page but if I emailed them they could change it So I emailed them and they said actually no we can t change it and then told me the date time scheduled for delivery I wasn t asked about the date and time and wasn t going be home then They said sorry nothing can be done Just amazingly inappropriate Especially given what they charge for their shirts

Terrible delivery time

Ordered on 20th November Contacted them multiple times Still no delivery on 9th December Apps it is arrived in Maersk network and they can t give me a delivery date Terrible service and no upfront warning that it will take so long

Poor return policies for Canada Shirts fit very small and tight

Buttercloth shirts are way too small compared to all my other dress shirts of same size To return exchange the shirt they make you use their shipper and they will deduct 36 off my refund to return the shirt I would have exchanged it if their return process were more customer friendly The shirt is very expensive as it is and you cannot buy it risk free if you live in canada as of today Due to my bad experience I ll never try this company or shirt again unfortunately I was not happy with the customer service or product sizing I also have other shirts of similar feel that fit better
