Purchased a log cabin from Buttercup Farm to use for my home nail bar business It has turned out to be the most tranquil and serene setting to work in and I am thrilled with my purchase Was kept up to date throughout the process and ordering was a breeze

Great product and delivery was speedy I was a bit concerned about the delivery as some of the reviews were negative but our RIVIERA arbour came a week after ordering and was assembled by the delivery driver who was great Really pleased

Lovely small business very attentive to customer needs with incredibly fast shipping on a well packaged item I bought the squirrel weather vane as a gift for my mum she s going to love it thanks

This arbour is certainly great value

This arbour is certainly great value for money Fairly easy to assemble as it comes as 6 preconfigured parts and more screws than are actually required The instructions are adequate for the task but if pilot holes were already drilled they would be absolutely perfect It is ideally a two person build but this 70 year old managed to put all of it together except for the roof all by himself Some of the sections are fairly heavy so I was probably a little foolish The end result is very sturdy and pleasing to the eye It arrived palletised and extremely well packed I guess being stuck with a pallet afterwards could be viewed as a plus or a minus depending on your point of view When asked what happens with the pallet I was told by the delivery driver that they just leave them for the customer to dispose of I dare say that removing the excellent packaging would take far too long for the driver to wait for

I placed my order online on Sunday 18th September the day before the Queen s funeral Naturally I didn t expect my order to be processed until Tuesday 20th As I didn t receive an email confirmation on Tuesday I rang Buttercup Farm to check that my order had been received A quick check by helpful personnel revealed that my order was in progress and a duplicate receipt sent to my email I was also given an approximate delivery timescale which turned out to be accurate The delivery contractors used were also excellent in every way All in all a pleasant transaction with friendly and polite staff at Buttercup Farm If I should ever require anything else from their range I would undoubtedly purchase from them again

The plant supports I ordered are sturdy

The plant supports I ordered are sturdy and well made and also look attractive but I was less pleased with the packaging two of the supports arrived bent and they were wrapped in an unnecessarily large amount of plastic unreusable due to being shrink wrapped I would have been much happier if they had been wrapped in firm cardboard which I could have composted in my garden
