PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

BEWARE I really don t understand the positive reviews and can only assume they are fake This product arrived FOLDED with deep wrinkles and the quality of the image is TERRIBLE looks NOTHING like the photo Their customer service said I could lay-flat or roll the product and the wrinkles would disappear Nope If you are a professional this is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE The return shipping is 60 because this company ships returns to CHINA so there are huge fees if you have any issues Buy-Backdrops no longer replies to my emails regarding my issues with their products Stick to something local with a good reputation This was a huge mistake

Avoid

My backdrops were standard sizes and standard colours and arrived within a decent delivery time 3 weeks Problem is they were folded so aren t usable I ve followed the site s suggestions to remove creases which don t work so even tried to iron low dry iron from the back which only discolours the product whilst creases still remain For plain colours this would have been great if the creases didn t exist But they do so they re unusable In hindsight everything now looks dodgey and staged the reviews the lack of option to review the product on their website the fact that they don t send an invoice just a confirmation that product has been sent I have no evidence of purchase

COMPLETE AND UTTER SCAM BELLA IS A CRIMINAL

Ordered a backdrop a month ago Nothing and Bella sends you a google map shot of your own address and just sends you My Hermes number off Google no tracking details cos there ARE no backdrops it s just some scammer overseas very good with getting to the top of Google with SEO I have contacted the authorities and my bank PLEASE contact the Financial Conduct Authority ring Action Fraud and contact your bank immediately You may be able to get this resolved with your banks Fraud Department The more people report this company the more something will be done there are 70 negative reviews They do NOT make backdrops and they are full-blown criminals I m taking it as far as I can Please do the same

I have a horrible experience

I have a horrible experience I m still trying to get my money back I don t think they have someone checking the printer in after it has gone through before it gets mailed My backdrop was lacking blue toner I recommend you do not buy Lake at dusk Because I have big doubts on whether an actual human checks the workmanship I will never buy from this company again I m still trying to get my 60 bucks back from them I have images of product and looking for a place to share them to warn others

The shipping time is terrible I ordered my Three backdrops April 7 2020 and received My order Today June 9 2020 however my stand is not with the order when it says online that all of them were shipped together I don t understand why China shipping takes forever but this website is up there with Wish as crappy sites to shop on I will never shop here again after I receive my stand or refund

Worst company I have ever

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with I have never been so blindly ripped off before The backdrop I received had markings all over it and permanent lines running through which you cannot iron out Furthermore it was simply a piece of material that had been hacked at with a completely raw jagged edge- not even finished off When I emailed their team I received unprofessional short snappy emails which didn t make sense They will not accept a return despite me sending pictures of their terrible product DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Bad company bad products

Ordered backdrops they came filthy and frayed contacted customer service and was told to bleach the white one and cut the fray off with knife Bella is the only agent available to speak to and she doesn t offer any help or solutions STAY CLEAR and save your money because they refuse to refund it s also worth mentioning that I ordered a custom size which they allow and advertise on their site and they weren t printed correctly the image was printed too big for the size I selected so even if they didn t come dirty and frayed they were still unusable

Ubelievably Bad Image Quality

Took over two months to deliver but the backdrop is so bad I cannot possibly use it It is such a low resolution image and the wood panels have been blown up so that the width of each panel is almost 2 feet wide I cannot place any products on this for photography as the scale is completely wrong and the resolution of the print is hideous I m annoyed that I wasted money on this but I m even more annoyed that acter two months I m in a worse position than where I started
