Voucher got cancelled

I feel betrayed by Buy Club and this is the reason I received my voucher for my birthday and was very happy about it For medical reasons I could not do the activity and the validity of my Voucher was extended for 2 3 months The responsible asked me to provide a medical certificate to get another extension This was not possible to get and would also be for an additional cost I provided another evidence for my illness but it was not considered Looking at the provider website for this activity the validity of a Voucher is 12months Why is Buy Club not offering the same conditions This is not fair and I am not happy at all with this customer service policy
