An absolute scamPurchased twice the second time with a lifetime warranty Two responses from their customer service team after numerous efforts to get the issues resolved DangoBuds Just to inform you that we already stopped production for this model and our warranty only coverage manufacturing defect Me It is a manufacturer defect So I paid for the product and warranty and you re telling me I don t receive a replacement DangoBuds The warranty does not cover defects from prolonged usage The product was delivered on August 13 2021 this order is too old for a refund or a replacement Apparently their lifetime warranty is the lifespan of a gnat

Don t fall for 5 99 deal

They advertised 5 99 Dangobuds to my 80 dad but they ended up charging him 79 99 Why do they engage in such deceptive business practices This is a horrible way to get people to buy your product Tricking seniors into purchasing them He couldn t return and get his money back Shame on you Dangobuds

Ordered on the 6th of July

Ordered on the 6th of July called a few weeks later and they were just getting processed Arrived on the 21 st and account was automatically billed 79 99 No 15 day trial but charged anyway Sent back unopened with assurances my account will be reimbursed in 5-7 business days We ll see

Don t buy them

We bought a pair of Dango Buds from this website buydangobuds com in March 2021 along with the extended warranty They worked fine for about 6 months and then wouldn t charge anymore or connect via Bluetooth We started contacting them last December with information about the extended warranty This must be an overseas website because all we ve heard is we are busy and understaffed please be patient We ve now gotten 5 of these e-mails the last one stating we haven t heard back from you so the case is closed even though we answered every one of their emails saying it still hasn t been resolved This website seems to no longer even exist and unfortunately we re pretty sure we ve been duped We re out the money for the ear buds along with the extended warranty

WARNING - Dishonest deceitful scam DO NOT BUY

They run deceitful ads leading us to believe we only have to pay five bucks for shipping then come back at you later for 80 Just another scammer looking to rip people off Report these people to your States Attorney Generals office or the US Attorney General These scammers need to be dealt with Funny how they don t even post an address and make things as difficult as possible to simply return their junk Edited after their reply - I bet wherever your trial statement is it s in small font too isn t it If this wasn t such a scam you wouldn t hide your return address and avoid attempts to get it Much less offer a 30 discount to avoid it being used either These scams are completely dishonest no matter how hard you try to disguise it

Dud Dangos

Recently i bought two pairs of dango buds and upon receiving them found that the buttons to operate phone music etc would not work on both pairs have tried many times to get in touch with company as per their contact info and emails just keep getting returned Looks like i have been dudded again

FRAUD

I paid for the shipping and they said they were free after that Then they billed me just like the review below I am disputing the charge with my credit card company but I am also looking to press charges This is FRAUD plain and simple When my credit card company sent me paperwork my earbuds actually came from qualityperformance in Clifton NJ When you google that it says your information is subject to not being private and not to click on it Who is the CEO of this fraudulent company

Definitely a scam - avoid

Well since I wrote my last review I can confirm that this company is definitely a scam They respond to my emails by either saying the goods have been posted or they are still processing Then shortly afterward I get an email asking me to rate their customer service What a joke Honestly avoid this company you will lose your money If at some stage and by some miracle I do receive my order I will write a further review to let you know but don t hold your breath
