Good surprise

Y know I was very wary of their service after seeing all the bad reviews but if you properly do your research and know how to consolidate the package correctly you can get shipping decently cheaply Very quick delivery both from Japan Mercari and then to me I got the items super cheap and make sure you both ask for consolidation and then ask for them to take out all of the excess packaging very crucial I got my package today and it was still very well protected with nothing harmed and with discounts I payed 60 for around 15 extra large items which compared to shipping in the US which is above 100 for two large items it s a good deal- totally recommend and will use again but make sure to message them about shipping

Experience

My overall experience is good I looked at other reviews and see some of them are pure pain The only area of improvement I see is the Customer Service Representatives most of them don t meet the expectations The only person who understands the system inside out rules regulations is Ally Suggestion for Buyee please have Ally to train and coach the rest of your Customer Support Representatives and your customers will be happier

I ve bought from Buyee several times And I ve never had a problem yes there is a lot of fees but some are optional so that is not fault of the site Shipping has been reasonable and consolidating fee is great compared to others The only thing is that the app doesn t update products of Mercari constantly as of it was the site it only updates once a day hope they change that soon

Always a great experience buying from Buyee I ve never done the auction part so I can t speak upon that But I ve used them to purchase through Mercari Japan most of the time and it s always a smooth process and experience Their packaging is phenomenal and their EMS shipping is quick and safe I would definitely recommend checking them out if any Japanese goods

Great for Normal shopping Dont try to get limited time items

Been using Buyee for a couple years now The UI takes some getting used to but after you figure out your way around and also use the extension it makes buying things from JPN sooooo much easier and hassle free Dont try to buy limited quantity items though because buyee has to buy it themselves and they may miss the window you need to buy things quickly Great for normal shopping though

Friendy helpful online agent

I was looking to buy an item on Mercari the seller had indicated in the comments that with an additional amount they will also include some items that are tie-in with this item I d use the in site app to chat with their staff regarding this who then helpfully forwarded it to their customer service They proceeded to liaise with the seller and even manage to bring down the additional cost to include the items

Excellent service from purchase to delivery

I really like the transition to Fedex It was fast convenient easy to track and I really like the 20 coupon for reduced rates The items in the box were very well protected and everything arrived as described I would like to give all of the sellers positive feedback as all 50 or so sets of cars I bought arrived as promised and very quickly

This is a great website for proxying

This is a great website for proxying from Japan It is easy to use and the customer service is great I especially like the bid snipe system and the ability to search sites like Yahoo Japan auctions by newly listed items The translation function is also useful The only improvements I suggest are being able to search across multiple websites at once currently you have to search separately on Yahoo Japan Mercari etc

I recommend you give buyee a try

Buyee is so fun to use because you can find things a little cheaper then on other websites they are so helpful if you don t speak Japanese there are alot of different translations of diferent languages so it is very convenient if you have never tried buyee I would recommend to try it at least once you might be surprised what you find
