Device never arrived refund didn t either

Ordered 11th December paid for express shipping 1-2 day delivery it s now 12 days later and there s not even a tracking code from the courier 9 emails from Buyers Paradise apologising and stating device would be delivered the next day and eventually promising a full refund all of which were lies The device hasn t arrived and the same day refund issued over 2 days ago has not arrived either While the comms from Buyers Paradise were polite and appreciated everything within them has been shown to be false I m of the opinion this is a scam company and I would avoid it at all costs I ve now informed my bank and will be recovering the money paid to Buyers Paradise I hope this review prevents them scamming anyone else in the future
