I ordered on January 5th and still have not even gotten a tracking number I have emailed about it at least 10 times get the same answer They I get an email saying I hope you are enjoyed your heater DON T HAVE AN ORDER I HAVE SAYED AT LEAST 6 OR 7 TIMES TO JUST CANCEL CANCEL AND PUT MY MONEY BACK IN MY CARD ACCOUNT I AM SO DONE CANCEL CANCEL

BEWARE THIS COMPANY AND ITS PRODUCT IS A SCAM After buying this heater in November 2021its never worked The companies customer service department keep sending emails they are looking at the problem THEY DO NOTHING BEWARE

BEWARE BEWARE This company is a scam based on my recent experience I ordered a HeatCore portable space heater on 2 Jan 2020 and have yet to receive it but they charged my credit card I have tried calling Customer Service and you are referred to sending an email I have already sent at least 15 and all I get is lip service be patient we are working on it we generated a ticket with urgent top priority etc As a last resort I have reported this company to the Better Business Bureau BEWARE BEWARE

I received my order very quickly I messed up on my order and customer service did an excellent job in resolving it A good company to do business with

it was kind a cold in my office and since I work in a warehouse its hard to heat up and get comfortable But now I have a Heatcore on my desk and I seriously have to switch it off after a while Its so warm and nice and I am sooo happy I can work from my office again and be comfortable

I am in love with this mini heater

I am in love with this mini heater Small but heat up real quickly The safety switch on the bottom to ensure the heater is placed in flat surface is also something I really appreciate to avoid danger

Great little heater

Instant-on heat is great for chasing away the chills on these cold nights we ve been having lately I put it next to me on my desk while I work and it really makes me much more comfortable It lets me warm myself up without having to put on layers and layers of clothing

Easy to use and perfect for winter

This heater is a lifesaver I work from home and my office is in the basement The furnace doesn t seem to keep up with the cold weather so my feet and hands were always cold I decided to buy this heater and it has made a huge difference Now my feet and hands are warm and I m actually able to be productive in my office This heater is also really portable which is great if you need to move it from room to room
