I was looking for great customer service after reading reviews of a competitor website and found it with Claire I rang twice once to check on a couple of queries and again later in the day to order the items I found her helpful and courteous - she actually remembered me from the first phone call I hope the rest of the service and of course the products will be as good

Easy to buy on line

Claire who took my order was very helpful Slightly complicated due to me purchasing on behalf of a third party but she was very patient and helpful and we got there in the end

I ordered a shed and needed to get delivery put on hold as shed base wasn t down The company delivered the shed on to the front driveway of my house on the day it was originally planned So a lack of communication was evident Following this I contacted the company and I have to say the service I received from Abbie the receptionist was absolutely first class She was very polite courteous helpful and Professional She got the shed returned and back on hold in a very timely manner Her customer service was exceptional a true asset to the company

I purchased the shed because of the price reduction and the 25 year warranty Also the double door was a priority It was easy to order prompt acceptance and invoice I appreciated the follow up letter stating all that would happen on the the delivery day - very concise Yesterday I was given a 2 hour delivery slot and look forward to the delivery on the 7 November Well done Taylored Investments
