I recently ordered a plushie of a character I could only get using shopee taiwan and buy taiwan online was able to help me with that with no issues after I made a request through their website Sophie kept me updated throughout the whole process from item condition to the purchase and arrival to their office Shipping from Taiwan to Australia took a little long but that was expected and no way at all is a reflection of their great service and the amazing experience I had will definitely use this service again

Unable to ship a paid item

I asked their team if they could ship a laptop battery from Taiwan to the Philippines they confirmed with yes and provide a specific courier only DHL which is the only courier that can shipped such item to my country After paying the full fee 90 and bought the item DHL returned the item to them informing that they can t ship it Now Buytaiwanonline says they are no longer be able to ship item And the only way I could get it is to fly to Taiwan and get it by myself Isn t that a scam
