Happy with my purchase
Called to ask for some advice on setting up our bio active set up for a Crested Gecko and the help was amazing The lady who I spoke to had a crestie and provided a wealth of knowledge and vital information Went out of her way to call me back as the plant set we needed wasn t in stock but was having a delivery the following day so called to confirm that I could add to my order Made the order on line and was all delivered the following day Plants were great and a good mixture Had a little issue with the Habistat accessory kit which wasn t there fault as it s a pre packed kit however after speaking to them on this issue they sorted it out quickly and promptly I couldn t recommend them enough and will use them in the future Excellent customer service and support

Many thanks to those at Buzzard repltiles i ordered an aquarium that was packaged brilliantly i had ordered the same aquarium from a well-known online retailer but they failed to show any attention to packaing it properly where as these guys wrapped it in foam showing care and it was well worth the effort as it arrived in one piece Brilliant will use you guys again
