Customer service was second to none

Customer service was second to none when I had problems receiving my e-sim The response to my emails was within a few minutes and they dealt with the problems in real time The service here in NYC is giving me 500mb down and 98mb up It s unlimited at a very fair price

Superb customer service and excellent value for our eSIMs for the USA The small issue with registering details due to a temporary system fault was quickly resolved by e-mail and the experience on arrival was as seamless as it can be

Highly recommend very easy to do and when I thought I d made an error and loaded both esims to one phone I emailed them and they were very quick at getting back to me to tell me that I had in fact done it correctly

Not compatible

It turned out that my phone was not compatible with the esim card I was allowed to try another phone but again that was not compatible Buzz eSim issued me with a refund without any quibble I have no hesitation in recommending them Great customer service

Even for a 72 year old like me and only used to fairly basic technology this whole process was simple Easy to set up and worked a treat Great coverage throughout Florida on my travels

Helpful customer support

Had some issues with the activation because I did not get any push notification Wrote mails to the customer support got all answers within about 30-60 minutes really helped me until the problem was solved got a qr code

It worked very well I could use my iPhone in California all the time with high speed Internet and phone calls It made my vacation easy for using google maps all the time with the Buzz eSIM for that great price I will definitly buy again e Busd eSIM
