One of the biggest thugs Got my watch screen replaced by paying 4k After one week the watch display disappeared They informed the there is water in it On mentioning the watch is waterproof they said the new screen they added is only for show and is not waterproof I will have to pay another 13k for display and that will not be waterproof either I understood I have been cheated Wanted my watch back but they took 2 weeks to return and only after threatening them with police complaint they asked my to come to their store to pick up the watch instead of delivering it I have see many cheats and frauds online But Buzzmeah is the worst of all Frauds All the guys are local gunda type people no manners whatsoever Go to other place if you dont want to waste your money and time

Do not take their service

These people are not trustworthy at all I got my one plus 9R s display changed through them within a month the display started giving problem when tried contacting them they did not respond Please do not take their service and do not waste your money

Pathetic Service - Buzzmeeh

Very poor experience with Buzzmeeh My Iphone XR folder was replaced by Buzzmeeh on 01st July 2023 after 15 days of use only Display started overheating Touch auto work Touch not work related intermittent issues observed I had register a complaint to Buzzmeeh team from 18th July I am continuously following up with them but no resolution has been provided till Day

Wastage of Money

Wastage of Money poor quality of parts being used for replacement I got my mobile screen replaced and it stopped working immediately after removing rubber bands Buzzmeeh refused for any support and also not covered under any warranty

Recently I got my Iphone repaired and within 1 month the entire screen was black and Buzzmeeh didn t help me with the warranty with the so called warranty they have Worst company for mobile repair

Dear Buzzmeh Team I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent service I received from your company On 07 November 2024 I had the display of my Samsung Galaxy M20 replaced through Buzzmeh for which I paid a charge of 1500 rupees Unfortunately since the same day the display has not been working correctly it intermittently shows lines and at times the display malfunctions on its own I have reached out multiple times to your helpline spoken with your executive and even discussed the issue with your backend manager However each time I was either ignored or told the issue would be resolved tomorrow but nothing has been done so far This lack of responsiveness and accountability is extremely frustrating Is this the kind of service Buzzmeh provides It seems as though attention is only given to customers when they are placing orders but if they require after-sales service they are kept waiting indefinitely I am very disappointed with Buzzmeh and your staff s approach to handling my issue After waiting this long it is clear to me that no resolution will be provided Therefore I kindly request that my payment of 1500 rupees be refunded While I may be able to bear this loss I sincerely urge you not to take advantage of other customers this way especially those who may not afford such losses If you cannot provide satisfactory service then perhaps reconsider offering these services This has been an incredibly poor experience with Buzzmeh and I hope you take steps to improve Thank you for your attention Sincerely Pawan Kaushik9910070257image pngimage pngimage png
