I have been introduced to the Bwiti tradition 2 years ago at a center by one of Moughenda s trained providers Everything has been very professional as well as very friendly and I have undergone amazing healing Last year I decided to go directly to the source - to to Moughenda s village in Gabon The entire experience has been amazing from the start to finish There was an excellent communication via email and WhatsApp to get me ready for my trip I have to admit that I was a bit nervous about going to Africa at first however Moughenda has had excellent network of professionals who will pick you up at the airport accommodate you in Libreville if necessary with late or early flights and will drive you to the village The staff at the village are one of the nicest people who will care for you with their hearts - be it the laundry food we got two chefs catering to us and room cleaning They will also take you to the nearest town if you need to buy something The ceremonies at the village have been the best Live Bwiti music with authentic dances and costumes dating hundred years back All tradition passed by mouth I have learned so much about human mind and consciousness at the village in the short two weeks then in any spiritual book or TV documentaries It is amazing how much the Bwiti people know about the human nature and nature itself You can apply the knowledge to any aspect of your life - personal or professional Moughenda has been an amazing teacher and shaman- the true guardian of the truth I have had so much respect for him for what he has been doing and the healing I have received I also met many wonderful people here who became my long time friends even brothers and sisters in spiritual meaning The overall experience has been very positive and exciting that I decided to come back to Moughenda s village for more knowledge and training I am currently writing this review at the beginning of my 2 months life transforming journey Thank you for reading this basse

My experience at Moughenda s village - truly life changing

After getting out of the military I was lost confused and miserable I was suffering from depression anxiety PTSD and I just had developed a negative perception of myself and my life - I had no peace or happiness I tried a lot of different things to remedy my situation but there was always a missing piece I was constantly searching and trying to figure out how to heal myself That all ended when I got to Gabon where I found that last missing piece Anyone who is in the same position that I was in or that knows they want to provide plant medicine to help others Moughenda s village is the place to be I know it can seem scary to fly all the way out to Africa to work with this medicine but I can tell you from experience that it s completely worth it Moughenda and his team take great care of you from the minute you land in Libreville They met me at the airport took me to my hotel and the next day we were off to the village Once at the village Moughenda and his team were amazing and made me feel right at home Working with Iboga at its source was extremely powerful and I am so grateful for how much the medicine has taught me about myself I am also grateful to Moughenda and all the teachings he shared with me while I was there The fact that he opens up his village to and shares his knowledge with westerns is such an honor and a privilege The combination between the medicine and the teachings is what made my trip to Africa so life changing This village holds a special place in my heart and I can t recommend it any higher to someone who is serious about their healing Thank you Moughenda Iboga and everyone who has supported me in the village

On the journey to find myself I am grateful to have been guided by the Bwiti Shaman Moughenda Mikala Home is the word that comes to mind thinking of Moughenda Village Our safety was our host s priority from the moment they picked us up at the Libreville airport through our travel and stay in the country for the next two weeks The incredibly kind people in the Village surrounded us with care and the feeling of familial understanding During Welcome Ceremony they sang and danced for 15 hours The chef cooked simple fresh and delicious food according to the guest s dietary preferences The staff cleaned our rooms daily The Shaman Moughenda is a Great Man with a boundless smile and effortless wisdom Healing is his gift and he shares it with people who seek it He taught me the art of being of living a happy life He was always there for one-on-one conversation which were very helpful Ryan Rich the guest coordinator displayed superb organizational skills in taking care of logistics and easing the visa process He was timely available for solving any issues Helping people is an arduous task Moughenda and Ryan made it their calling and do a great job at it Thanks to them the journey half-way across the world to Africa in search of happiness was easy and I am forever grateful to them I d like to go back to the Village my spiritual home to continue the Spiritual Self Discovery When at the crossroads of life take the road that leads to You via Moughenda Village - Denis V

Finally at peace with myself

I came here because of an intuitive connection with Iboga I had experienced Iboga here in Canada and felt called to go deeper with my own healing an connection to the medicine My time here in Gabon with Moughenda and his team and community was a gift to myself I was able to finally experience the deep physiological and mental reset I needed to help me shift into a better lifestyle and better relationship with myself long-term Travelling as a single woman and being inexperienced with travel I was apprehensive to make this trip However I listened to my intuition and decided to go anyway I felt nothing but safe and protected the entire time I met a lot of new friends from different parts of the world while I was here in addition to the doing the deep healing work Overall this experienced helped me get a lot more connected grounded balanced and strong within myself I healed from chronic adrenal fatigue physically - and spiritually- learned to be at peace with myself finally I would highly recommend this experience If you are feeling called just make the decision and do it I look forward to returning in the future

There is no one more experienced in Gabon to share about the Bwiti tradition and Iboga ceremonies Moughenda is truly a gifted healer and the best person to teach westerners in how to provide Iboga medicine All the healers shamans and villagers who come together at Moughenda s Village is absolutely amazing For anyone considering going to Gabon to have authentic Bwiti Ceremonies and from the most experienced of Nima s shamans there is no better place to go

Incredible healing experience

I d experience healing retreats before with other plant medicines but my experience with Moughenda and Iboga in Gabon was far beyond anything else It is a safe experience with people you can trust and worth the price of admission

I want to express my sincere gratitude towards Moughenda personally and all the villagers I can definetly say that Iboga experience is one of the core and profound experiences that my whole life is based upon After certain experiences in my past I ve spent 5 years without understanding what life IS behind the fear Fear was all I felt untill it numbed me down completely It has shackled my entire life leading me to severe depression and anxiety After I came back from the village I feel that life and joy are back like a friend long gone All dots are finally connected and my life has sense once again like it was in the very beginning Fear doesn t have a hold on me and I can move forward And now I know that I m not alone in this world and that there are people Good people And the people I love I ve said this to Moughenda personally And will repeat it here once again If only everyone would have passed through this experience Then I can t even imagine what a wondefull world it would it be Again thanks to Moughenda and all the villagers for the incredible mission they carry in this world
