Have to pay for store credit not even a refund Below average fabric and cuts and as a normal size large I will not fit into their swimsuits Way too small Tried to return and I had to pay for the label and they will only give me a gift card Took over 1 month to even issue that What a waste

DO NOT BUY FROM BYDEE Returned a piece that did not fit tags intact and perfect condition paid for shipping to return and advise my store credit was rejected because the item still in it s plastic sleeve was dirty So they ve just kept my money with not proof of their claim RIP OFF Will never buy from them again There are much better quality and fit swimwear on the market with far better customer service

Waaay overpriced for what they offer Return process is ridiculous you can t get your money back but you get store credit instead Postage fees add up postage fee when you order postage fee when you return postage fee when you re-order as you have no choice but to use the store credit All in all NEVER AGAIN

Any brand that lacks a returns exchanges policy raises a red flag except for custom-made items As a customer the ability to try different sizes and styles is crucial in making a confident purchase decision Especially when you primarily sell online I don t mind paying a 10 shipping fee for returns if it means having the flexibility to return items I don t like and get my money back Bydee s policy of offering only store credit undermines trust between customers and the company For a company of Bydee s size there s no excuse not to accept returns unless an item is marked as final sale Receiving returned items in perfect condition allows the company to resell them I m deeply disappointed because I loved Bydee s prints styles and felt that the bikinis were high quality However your restrictive return policy has deterred me from making future purchases especially considering the premium price point Offering free shipping free returns and actual refunds not just store credit should be standard ESPECIALLY at your price point Do better

absolutely foul company first thing you see on the site is the over priced swimwear should have been my first red flag i just figured they were really good quality i can get the same quality at Kmart 2nd red flag is the lack of acknowledgment regarding the returns the sizing charts ARE SO WRONG i even sized up to make sure i got the fit i wanted and they were too small AFTER i lodged my return i was told i couldn t get a refund only store credit for a shop i ll never buy from again pathetic

Honestly think theyre scamming people I had the same experience as someone has written underneath Tried on bathers once over clothes put straight back in the bag as they didnt fit Returned them then they refused to give me a refund for the bottoms saying they had a stain which was basically impossible I asked for a photo or proof and they said they could not proivde that and just kept my money Feels like Ive been stolen from by this company I had a gift certificate given for the return of the top half which I used on a dress from them paid extra The dress never showed up I let them know they said theyd send it again Again never showed up After I reached out againThey sent send me a refund notice for which the money never showed in my account I reached out AGAIN and apparently they had to change the settings of my refund so it went into my account and not another giftcard At this point I think I had given up when I look through by bank now I cant see it it was last year so maybe they did or maybe it didnt Worst online shopping experience of my life

No refund for returns

They don t offer refunds only store credits That this is allowed just blows my mind I had a 400 order and I m not seeing any of it back The sizing is off and I feel like the bikini tops are made for plastic boobs My natural D gets no support at all and it does no favours to the shape of my breasts On top of that they expect YOU to pay for returns I might try resell the items so I can get at least some of my money back I ll definitely not be shopping with them again

If I could give Bydee a Zero trust me I would Size guide is useless seems like every piece has a size range of its own You have to pay for returns for store credit so when you order multiple orders and each different piece doesn t fit you you end up paying enough shipping that you could get a whole other pair Also they didn t accept my return because of the tiniest mark that was already on the bikinis when I opened them It s something so small I assumed it just happened in the warehouse Obviously I wasn t going to report anything I was already returning it because it was way too small and the mark was almost unnoticeable probably could have brushed it off with my fingers Little did I know that their own mistake would ve costed me 100 Cheers Bydee not sure what cracked company this is but it s shady PLS DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

After repurchasing using store credit

After repurchasing using store credit that I received after my initial return my package got turned away since I had just moved in and was successfully sent back to Bydee I reached out again to request a store credit so I could repurchase since they received the package I didn t even get a chance to see and no response I ve reached out twice more and still nothing This is extremely disappointing and annoying to deal with since they ve essentially stolen 600 from me
