This company is a scam They advertise their monthly subscription as 8 a month but in reality they charge you 96 I have emailed several times for a refund but have gotten nothing back I haven t used 1000 words but have sent about 6 emails to their team Hopefully this will finally get their attention

Although AI content is reduced the product is altering the meaning of output text hence not useful The output text also comes up with broken sentences and punctuation without proper logic The company is not ready to refund the money saying I used more than 1000 words although I contacted them within 30 minutes of subscribing As you can imagine once you test a few paragraphs using different options you will touch 1000 words They are using it as a reason to decline the refund Verdict Dont buy

Basically this is a scam website They don t have any functionality and you can t even change your account s password If you read their return policy they won t give you any refund after 1000 words are being used Which is fraud and laughable They advertise their unlimited plan as 30 month but if you look carefully that is the price for an annual subscription if you pay 360 Stay away from them These are all red flags

This seems like an operation that is run by 1 or maybe 2 people and as far as I can tell they are based in Singapore I paid for a 1-year plan that cost me 96 and it worked pretty well and did exactly what I wanted The next day I went to cancel the subscription because I didn t want to be charged in a year when my subscription runs out to clarify the 96 was already taken out of my account I also tried removing my credit card but it wouldn t let me because I had an active subscription which is very weird considering I had already paid in full for the service but I stupidly ignored it for the time being When I went back to use it just a few days later all of my paid perks were gone Confused I clicked around on the site and I went to the pricing section I then clicked on one of the plans just to see if I missed what the plan offered and then my page refreshed Confused I went to the home page and then I got a notification on my phone telling me that I had been charged 144 for the subscription I had never clicked on any checkout page and was never prompted for anything it just instantly charged me for the subscription So now I attempt to find the refund page which takes me a bit but I eventually find a singular support email I received this email and started doing some research Come find out that this site and many others like it use bots that spam comments on Reddit to work as advertising for the site Now convinced that I have been scammed I disable my card and file a chargeback request After many days I did get an email back offering a refund which told me that they were willing to give me a refund but they wanted me to remove my review here on Trust Piolet I tell them I might do it after I get my money back I do end up getting a refund for my 250 but I am certain they only did this because they would ve been charged a fee on top of the refund if the chargeback ended in my favor This site has no information about any real people who run it It s seemingly based in a foreign country with retaliatively low regulations compared to the West and it s sketchy from top to bottom They instantly charge you if you miss clicking anything They won t let you delete your information including your credit card Their support page is a single email that may or may not respond their pricing is deceiving and their refund policy is an actual joke If you only have 3 days to request a refund and you are not allowed to use more than 1 000 words before requesting one I also got a pretty large increase in scam text messages and calls but that s anecdotal Between all of this and quiet franking the service is overpriced 5k words cost about 0 20 0 30 if based on the ChatGPT-4 API If it was run more like a real operation business then maybe you can trust it but it s more of a stretch to call all of this a mistake than a scam Don t use this site or any of the similar ones almost all of which do all the same scummy tactics like advertising through the use of bots
