Claim that my parcel was delivered it was not was then asked to check non of my neighbours had signed for it they couldn t sign for a delivery that never happened as I am the 1st house on the street and my house has 24hr cctv ring doorcam no delivery attempts was then asked to check post office wasn t there either they have now said they will check the logistics company that was last week how long does it take I have asked for a refund now and not getting back to me
