Fitness nutrition and enthusiasm all in one
Shell and Lee have a wealth of knowledge that they use to tailor exercise and nutrition programmes to each individual They are very welcoming and inclusive and take the time to get to know each and every client so that they know motivations and goals I thoroughly enjoy each session and even when you re not feeling the least bit motivated their enthusiasm expertise and dedication keep you going Personally I have never felt better stronger or more toned Thank you

Having attended the group bootcamp sessions for a couple of years I decided to take the plunge and opt for the 1-1 strength and conditioning coaching after suffering an injury at the back end of last year and not wanting to ever end up back in that situation again Lee and Shell couldn t have been more accommodating setting realistic goals together and working towards achieving them Even in just a few months I ve been able to see huge progress in not just my strength and conditioning but also in my running as well They are both incredibly supportive and you re never made to feel like you re not good enough to do it while being a wealth of experience and knowledge that is super helpful For anyone not sure about making the leap I can highly recommend it and I am so pleased I made that jump Thank you so much
