I have called them on a couple of
I have called them on a couple of occasions as I wasn t able to get on the portal I was given the information I needed in a swift and professional manner However I will say that I really wanted to reduce the term of the loan by paying a lump sum but the only option was to reduce my monthly payment So I will put money away to clear the loan in full before the end of the term
