I ve made several purchases over the years with Cakeworthy and have always had a pleasant experience I ve purchased a wide variety of items that they have - the AOP shirts are my favourite and I really enjoy the flannels baseball hats and PJ s as well The sizing guides on the products are fairly accurate however I always skim reviews photo reviews before purchasing just incase an item runs smaller larger than expected I ve only done one exchange in the past - it was my fault as I ordered a flannel too small item was a gift as well for someone else and it was done quickly and with no hassle I ve only had one other issue where one of my items was missing from my order upon delivery however I reached out to customer service and they responded in a timely manner and corrected the issue promptly I ve attended both pop-up sales and the staff at each event were friendly and well organized If you re shopping and unsure about a size or have a questions read the reviews and read the FAQ s - you can typically find the answers and if not just ask For those wondering about their policies they have them listed on their website or just shoot them an email and they ll get back to you They also communicate with clients about delays pre-orders etc They really do go above and beyond for their clients Overall I d highly recommend Cakeworthy - great products and even better customer care I ll be purchasing from them again and again
